Do you want to track your shipment?
Once the order has been placed, you will receive the confirmation via email.
Subsequently, when your package is shipped, you will receive another email for tracking the shipment. In this email you will find all the information and your tracking code to monitor in real time your package.
NOTE: from the moment of receipt of the e-mail, it could take 24/36 hours before your code is active on the courier's website.
To track your package, follow these three simple steps:
- Go to your email entered when ordering;
- Copy and paste the tracking number;
- Enter it on the courier's website.
You can find all the movements in the shipment tracking.
NOTE: If you should see the following message: "The code entered does not appear in our systems, it could be incorrect or the shipment has not yet been entrusted", your the package will have already been shipped but it has not yet been updated on the Server. Wait 24 hours and re-enter the code to check the status of the shipment. If in doubt, you can contact us directly on Whatsapp!
